Classically French trained in London, I have now been in the catering trade for 25 years.
I received my City & Guilds training, and Certificate of Public Health and Hygiene after a three year workplace and college combined apprenticeship in a Hotel/conference centre.
On completion of my training I decided to enhance my culinary skills further, and travelled to France to work.
On returning to the U.K. I was honoured to secure a position as a Chef at St. Georges House, Windsor Castle, cooking for Royalty and Dignitaries, amongst others.
After my time at ‘The Castle’ I went on to hold the position of Head Chef at Harleyford Golf Club in Marlow; a prestigious club on a country estate.
I moved to Wiltshire in 2002, and since moving to the West Country I have continued to work in the catering trade whilst having a family.
During this time I worked as Deputy Catering Manager for Virgin Mobile, Trowbridge and more recently as Catering Manager at Braeside Conference and Educational Centre.
In 2013 I decided that it was the right time for me to set up my own catering business.
